At Sentri Radio, accessible via our web application and mobile applications, the privacy of our listeners is of paramount importance. This Privacy Policy document details the types of information we collect, how we securely store and process it, and how your data is synchronized across our ecosystem to deliver a personalized internet radio discovery experience.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, personalize, and improve our services. This includes:

• Account Information: When you register for a free or premium account, we collect your email address. Credentials are processed and stored securely through our authentication provider, Supabase Auth.
• Coarse Geolocation Data: To recommend relevant local broadcast streams on your home feed, we perform client-side dynamic IP lookup (e.g. via secure external APIs). We resolve your broad country code and do not track precise GPS or geographic coordinates.
• Listening History and Metrics: We log statistics regarding the streams you play (including station UUIDs, broadcast tags, bitrate, and duration of playback). This data is processed locally or stored in the database to compile your Listening Wrapped statistics.
• Saved Songs & Bookmarks: Track details (artist, title, metadata) identified via ICY metadata stream parsing or the AudD song recognition API are cached locally or written to your synced profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your details are used solely to power the platform's core discovery features:

• To score and rank recommendation rows (e.g., "Your Top Picks", "Time-of-day Mix", and "Because You Love").
• To compute your Listening Wrapped stats, including longest streak, peak listening hours, and musical persona archetype (e.g., *HiFi Purist* or *Globe-Trotter*).
• To synchronize your favorites, history, and premium status seamlessly in real time between our mobile and web applications.
• To prevent audio advertising interruptions for all users and manage subscription tiers (checking the 3-song bookmark export limit on free plans).

3. Cookies & Local Storage

Sentri Radio uses standard web cookies and localStorage to persist your settings preferences when browsing:

• Autoplay Settings: To resume playback of your last active station upon startup.
• Volume Preferences: Retaining your mute state and active slider levels.
• Theme Toggle: Storing your preference for Light, Dark, or System mode.
• Guest History: Storing history logs locally (`sentri_guest_history`) to ensure zero discovery data loss before signing up.

4. Payment Processing and Third Parties

We integrate with trusted payment networks to manage subscription transactions. Stripe processes all web subscription checkouts securely. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Stripe handles this data directly, communicating checkout completion status to our Supabase database to unlock premium features (lossless HiFi streams, Wrapped stats, unlimited bookmarks).

Additionally, we query public endpoints (like Radio-Browser API and AudD song identification) to display logos, bitrates, and external search links (Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud) for saved tracks.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

If you create an account, your data is retained as long as your profile exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time - in the mobile app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or on the web at sentriradio.com/delete-account. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us at OlegAntonov30@proton.me. Upon deletion, we permanently remove your email, listening logs, saved songs, and bookmarks from our databases.
